黨參炔苷除了說明書上注明有效期的品種外，藥品標準物質一般沒有像藥品一樣設置有效期。在規定的儲存和使用條件下，我所定期進行特性量值的穩定性核查，若發現影響使用將及時公布相關信息。標準物質一般應密閉、避光保存，對有特殊儲存要求（如低溫、避光等）的標準物質，說明書上均有說明，今后標簽上也將注明。建議不要一次購買大量的標準物質，以免儲存不當出現問題。
目前含量測定用的化學對照品的標簽及說明書均賦有量值，以前發放的部分中藥化學含量測定用未賦值的品種，按 00.0%計。黨參炔苷
標準物質說明書上對使用前是否需要干燥等情況，均有相關說明。除另有規定外，對照藥材不需要特殊處理。
對照品測定請按中提供的條件考察自己的色譜條件因素。色譜不出峰一般來講有如下原因：
一是色譜條件不合適；
二是信號采集時衰減過高，建議減小衰減；
三是采集時間過短，建議增加采集時間。
